REFUNDS POLICY

This Refund Policy is applicable to purchases made from TeleConsult Pty Ltd via our online application available at www.teleconsult.healthcare directly or through third party applications.

Change of Mind

When you book a consultation, the doctor is committing his time when he initiates or takes the call, therefore if you cancel the appointment, the applicable Cancellation Fee (typically the Doctor’s minimum fee) will be applied to your credit card.

15 Seconds Grace

If a call is terminated within 15 seconds then you will not be charged anything.

Service Unfit for Purpose and Refunds

Our Service recognises that at times, the doctor you contact may not be suitable. Please read the Doctor's information carefully before booking a consultation.

Refunds will be issued by TeleConsult Pty Ltd at its sole discretion. If you believe the advice you receive is “Unfit for Purpose” you should advise your Doctor during your call at the earliest possible opportunity. A Refund may be made on a pro-rata basis, reflecting the unused portion of the Consultation call. To apply for a refund please contact us within 48 hours of the consultation. Our team will review the call and make a determination. Refunds would normally be processed within fourteen (14) days.

Where you have an issue relating to your consultation, please immediately contact TeleConsult via email at refunds@teleconsult.expert. Please include the reasons you are requesting a refund and consultation ID (available from your online Dashboard).

This refund policy is not intended to exclude or limit any rights which you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or equivalent State or Territory laws or any other relevant regulations applicable in the country of sale.
